      Two thumps up. My shipment came sooner than expected, like the next day. I made a mistake with the lettering on one of my customized cones. I sent them an email regarding my mistake when placing the online order. They replied to my email ASAP with a follow up message left on my cell phone. When I called them back they were able to correct my mistake and expedite my order and get it delivered to me the next day. The items were well packed and the customer service is top shelf.
